We carefully review previous employment history, criminal background checks as well as all PSP, DAK and MVR records. Our goal at RSS is to thoroughly “scrub” potential driver candidates to make sure they are the right fit for the job and present them to the carrier. At this point, all you are responsible for is reviewing the candidate and making the hiring decision.
